#TimesUpWoody Allen

I have previously blogged about how I despise a child molester.  I know about my situation.  As for others, I wasn’t there, didn’t see it go down, can’t back it up.  What follows is my opinion.

I turned on Woody Allen a couple of decades ago as there were too many sick details that I considered beyond gross.  Marrying your daughter figure is first and foremost among those.  That is when I barfed a little in my mouth.

Dylan Farrow, adopted daughter and accuser of Woody Allen to be a sick and perverted twisted beastard of a child molester has written again.  I am only sorry I didn’t know about her first open letter in 2014.

Sexually stalking and abusing this little girl in her own home is the most serious allegation among other oddities such a fatherly thumb sucking fetish, but you can’t argue with a court’s decision to legally remove visitation rights.  That says a lot.

I want Dylan to know that I, which means many of us must feel the same, have been watching with disgust as Woody Allen has been looked up to as a coveted director.  It’s revolting.

Do I believe Dylan Farrow?

Yes, I do.

I am going to quote from Dylan:

What if it had been your child, Cate Blanchett? Louis CK? Alec Baldwin? What if it had been you, Emma Stone? Or you, Scarlett Johansson? You knew me when I was a little girl, Diane Keaton. Have you forgotten me?

Woody Allen is a living testament to the way our society fails the survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

End quote.

Exactly.  Well said.  I wholeheartedly agree and am more than disappointed to see Kate Winslet, Justin Timberlake and Jim Belushi throw their hats in for Woody’s latest movie.

Don’t you people have children?  In one breath you support the #MeToo movement and in the other, you would die to be in one of his films.  When questioned about working with this man, many hem and haw with their answers as the fricking hypocrites that they are.

Understand your greed and want for fame overrode what is right and wrong.  Apologize and donate your earnings like others have who at least have seen the writing on the wall.

Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are in trouble for much less just by association with Harvey Weinstein amid allegations they knew about his evil sexual predatory behavior.

You Woody people can’t say you didn’t know.

I would almost like to apologize for my anger, but as Dylan knows, that isn’t necessary.  I have never seen or heard from, or about my abuser since I was little so I more than doubly can’t comprehend the horror this young lady has gone through in watching the reverence of her accused abuser including fame, fortune, honor and accolades.  It makes me want to vomit all over again.

I commend Dylan’s strength and perseverance.

Her recent writing is entitled, “Why Has The #MeToo Revolution Spared Woody Allen?”

It hasn’t.  The wall is crumbling.  #TimesUpWoody

BTW – The plot line for Woody’s latest movie, Wonder Wheel:   A man has an affair with a married woman, but ends up falling for her step-daughter.

Folks, you can’t make this stuff up.
